Up to 10 minutes late might be tolerated, but not more.
Be on time! If you know you'll be late, please let the organizers know a.s.a.p.
If you're more than 10 min. late without warning, the organizers may adjudicate the win to your opponent.

Remember that, unlike tournaments "in the flesh", it is impossible to start your clock only.
Also, in the meantime, your opponent can't do anything but stare at the screen, waiting.
